Role Summary
We’re looking for a GTM Growth Engineer to join Yardstik’s Revenue Operations team. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and manage the systems and automation that fuel outbound sales. You’ll collaborate closely with go-to-market teams, turning data and feedback into systems that help us reach the right prospects, sell smarter, and scale faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, automate and optimize Yardstik’s outbound sales systems and tools to maximize pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate feedback into better targeting, messaging, and workflows that reach the right prospects.
- Run experiments on outreach strategies, using AI to scale personalization, test new approaches faster, and uncover what drives higher conversion rates.
- Support prospecting efforts directly to validate new approaches and ensure tools perform effectively in the field.
- Own reporting on outbound activity, applying AI and advanced analytics to surface patterns, predict outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations that increase sales productivity.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with data scripting (SQL, Python preferred), APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable iterating quickly and experimenting with tools to improve GTM performance.
