Partner Success Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA

Position Overview:

Yardstik is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. The Partner Success Manager will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our existing partnerships, driving pipeline growth, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and collaboration.

  • Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline growth through strategic engagement with partners, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration to maximize revenue and mutual success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development, marketing, sales, and leadership to align partner initiatives with company goals and priorities.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring alignment with Yardstik's business objectives.

  • GTM Coordination: Collaborate with partners and internal teams on go-to-market strategies, including co-branded marketing campaigns, joint value propositions, event participation, and other demand generation activities to drive mutual growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

  • Industry Expertise: Leverage experience from the CRA (Consumer Reporting Agency) or background check software industry to provide insights, guidance, and best practices to partners and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the CRA or background check software industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and negotiate agreements.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering value to partners and the organization.

Travel: Some travel may be required.

Compensation

At Yardstik, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, location and skills in their role. Yardstik provides the annualized compensation range of $100,000 - $180,000 for this role.
