Ostra Cybersecurity is looking for a Project Coordinator, Business Integration and Strategic Initiatives to join our Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely completion of all steps and a seamless experience.
  • Technical Team Coordination: Facilitate onboarding efforts with the technical team, ensuring all requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of the company’s products and services, both current and upcoming, to effectively support clients and address their needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Communication Liaison: Keep both clients and the sales team informed throughout the onboarding process, providing updates, and addressing any inquiries.
  • Discrepancy Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on any discrepancies encountered during the onboarding process, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
  • Monthly & Weekly Internal Reporting: Compile and publish monthly and weekly onboarding progress reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and successes.
  • Monthly Client Reporting: Distribute monthly client reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the information provided.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the onboarding process and recommend actionable improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Handle ambiguity and changing priorities with a positive attitude, adjusting plans as necessary to meet client needs and project goals.
  • Cross-Project Support: Assist with additional projects as needed, providing support to ensure overall project success and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Expert knowledge of company products and services, with a willingness to stay informed about new offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
