We are seeking a full-stack and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Cybersecurity Account Executive at Ostra Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our comprehensive suite of cybersecurity services and solutions to small and medium business (SMB) clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze client cybersecurity requirements to develop tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to craft compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value proposition of Ostra Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to our implementation and customer success teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within SMB organizations, positioning Ostra Cybersecurity as a trusted advisor and preferred cybersecurity partner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least two to five years of experience selling cybersecurity services or related technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
  • Startup experience with comfort in environments that are fast past and self-directed
