We're seeking a Talent Sourcer who shares this mindset and wants to join our People Team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in fueling our hiring pipeline, partnering closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure we identify and attract the best candidates globally.
What you'll do:
- Sourcing: Build targeted candidate lists and shortlist profiles for Talent Partner’s review, or handle initial outreach for high-priority roles. Research and identify new job platforms where we can publish roles.
- JD preparation & posting: Draft or update job descriptions and coordinate postings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, DOU, etc.).
- Inbound resume screening: Review incoming applications to identify potential fits, especially for high-volume roles (e.g., developers).
- Market research: Analyze salary benchmarks, compile role-specific overviews, and create lists of relevant companies-donors for proactive outreach.
- Reporting and metrics: Generate clear reports (pipeline status, source effectiveness, time-to-fill) and use data-driven insights to spot gaps, track candidates, and optimize the sourcing funnel.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and alternative platforms.
- Proven success in sourcing for the Ukrainian, US, LATAM, and other markets, including business (Marketing, Sales, Finance), all tech, and C-level roles.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (preferably Lever) and automation tools for sourcing.
- An analytical mindset with curiosity to research talent markets.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication – draft compelling outreach and clear job postings, collaborate closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Organizational Skills – manage candidate pipelines, keep postings up-to-date, and coordinate sourcing tasks.
- Research & Curiosity – dig into new platforms, benchmarks, and company landscapes to uncover fresh candidate pools.
- Attention to Detail – screen resumes carefully, build accurate candidate lists, and maintain data consistency.
- Collaboration & Goal Orientation – work hand-in-hand with recruiters to meet hiring goals quickly and effectively.
