As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the perfect execution of various projects and the smoothness of day-to-day processes within our GTM teams.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a subject matter expert: Oversee the tech stack of Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Optimize our GTM strategy: Ensure operational excellence of various initiatives and projects of our GTM teams
  • Improve and automate processes: Consult your internal customers, discover issues, design solutions, align stakeholders, and implement changes
  • Provide insights and ensure data transparency: Manage the data structure, do your own research, and make sure everyone has access to the data they need (SFDC Dashboards/Reports, Looker Dashboards, etc)
  • Oversee technology integration: Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and solutions
  • Manage SFDC admin tasks: Be a part-time SFDC admin every once in a while


Who are you?

  • You bring 1+ years of experience in a Sales/Revenue Operations (or related) role
  • Have a deep experience in Salesforce management (user management, permission management, flows, and validation rules)
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Have experience building automation in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com)
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools (Hubspot), REST API, BI platforms (ideally Looker), and LookML models would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with APEX (ideally, you’re able to write simple APEX scripts and SOQL queries) and/or Light Web Components is preferred.


Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English is essential
  • Strong communication skills: You are confident in crafting documentation, delivering compelling presentations, and effectively communicating your findings across teams.
  • Stakeholder management skills: You listen to the pain points of your colleagues, facilitating collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Continuous learning mindset: The landscape of revenue operations is constantly changing. To remain ahead, it is crucial to have a readiness to learn and adjust to emerging technologies, industry shifts, and evolving stakeholder requirements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: You have a talent for translating complex tasks into actionable solution steps.
  • Time management: You are comfortable operating autonomously with minimum supervision. You successfully prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining an excellent quality of your work in a remote setting.
  • Adaptability and proactive attitude: You thrive in uncertain situations, willing to contribute your ideas to the formulation and implementation of revenue growth strategies
