Who you are:
You are a highly motivated and organized Implementation Specialist who will lead our onboarding and implementation process for Small Business clients and Professional Corporations (PCs) clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are passionate about helping clients start strong with our products and services.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact from kickoff through successful go-live, managing timelines, aligning internal resources, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for each client.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding for Small Business and PC clients, ensuring successful and timely implementation of services
- Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing clear communication, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth client transitions and address any onboarding blockers
- Customize onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client segment, particularly those with PC ownership requirements
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, resources, and playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency
- Track key onboarding metrics, including client satisfaction, booked-to-bill, and implementation success rate
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce booked-to-bill time, and scale our onboarding framework
What you'll bring:
- 2-3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in implementation, onboarding, account management, or customer success
- Experience working with Small Businesses and/or Professional Corporations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're able to build trust and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for helping clients succees
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or legal-adjacent industries
- Familiarity with onboarding tools or CRMs like HubSpot
- Understanding of PC ownership structures and compliance needs
- Experience in project management
