Your mission
As a SAP MDG Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) system within the organization. This role involves managing user access, configuring system settings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the SAP MDG platform.
What you'll do at UiPath
Configure and customize SAP MDG workflows, data models, and business rules to meet business requirements
Identify CRUD process bottlenecks and implement optimizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to the SAP MDG platform
Provide user training and support, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Document system configurations, processes and procedures
Stay updated on SAP MDG best practices, new features, and industry trends
Identify and implement process and data quality automation opportunities
Work with other team members to analyze and identify data trends or anomalies, delivering actionable insights to guide corrective measures

Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, inaccuracies, or conflicts, escalating when necessary.
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP MDG modules
SAP MDG certification preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques
Strong understanding of data governance principles and practice
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with both technical experts and business experts, including business management; multilingual skills are highly desirable
Ability to independently manage own work environment and schedule as well as coordinate activities and priorities of others
High Attention to detail and quality, action-oriented, ability to work within stringent deadlines
Strategic thinking and analytical skills required
Understanding Robotic Process Automation is a plus
