Your Mission

We are excited to be expanding our Talent Acquisition team and we are looking to bring in a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Executive Recruiter.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and high-energy coordinator that will support the Global Executive Recruiting function with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating interview activity with a focus on exceptional candidate experience.

A successful Coordinator will be detail-oriented, customer-centric, and a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.


What you'll do at UiPath

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating phone, onsite, and video conference interviews for Executives with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, making sure information is up to date.
  • Be point of contact for all queries coming from hiring managers and candidates.
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with accurate interview information.
  • Always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates.
  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the candidate experience.
  • Ad hoc tasks and reporting

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • High-energy and articulate with a customer- service mindset
  • Learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
  • Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and
  • internal clients
  • Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC-based calendar/meeting
  • application
  • Understanding of time zone complexities and comfortable using Zoom or Teams type of video interview tools
