Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose

Could that be you?

Your Mission

At UiPath we see boundless potential in the way we live. It drives the way we work. Our culture is our most valuable asset, that's why it acts like a compass to us. We’re fast, immersed, humble and bold. And that’s not just words on the walls.

Eliminating time-consuming tasks means people get to do more of what they love. It’s an inspiring, high stakes challenge that motivates us, and this common passion bonds UiPath employees globally. We all strive every day to be better and to accelerate human achievement.

We make robots, but we hire people. Would you like to be part of this journey?

Your mission: You will be part of our small Marketing team in Paris for two years of learning and getting involved in the full marketing mix across our Southern Europe region (France, Iberia and Italy). You will also collaborate with the rest of our team across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and the world through events and projects.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Content: You will help us develop and localize white papers and customer stories, support the creation of promotional content (such as banners and ads) and participate in other projects in collaboration with our Branding team or agencies
  • Public Relations: You will contribute to reviewing French PR articles, press releases, podcasts for the SEU region
  • Events: You will support SEU events planning, customer alignment, partner marketing, execution and post-event activities; and also collaborate with the extended team in EMEA-wide / global event activities
  • Web: You will work with our translation / localization agency and be our first-level reviewer for localized content on our French language website
  • Paid Media: You will be our first-level reviewer of French paid copy and support the creation of new paid campaigns
  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French (Spanish or Italian are a plus)
  • Partner Marketing: You will participate in Partner events and other co-marketing activities
  • Data & Analytics: You will help us with weekly reporting on ongoing projects with the SEU / EMEA team, as well as work with the Sales team to e.g. support the lead flow, analyse marketing results

What you'll bring to the team

  • You are currently enrolled (and will be for the entire duration of your internship with us) in an accredited Marketing or related university program in France (preferably in Paris)
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A big plus is if you already have some experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, Content Management Systems like HubSpot, or Contentful and Marketing Automation tools like Marketo.
  • You are comfortable being in a fluid and dynamic environment, as well as working from home until we re-open our office in Paris
  • You like trying out new ways of problem-solving, being hands-on and managing several tasks at hand

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned
