Your Mission

Your mission: you as a Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities.

 

This position contributes to company’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions and supporting the cash forecasting process.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Banking administration: monitor bank platforms, user maintenance, KYC update, open/close bank accounts
  • Bank Guarantees issuance
  • Bank balances & cash pool reconciliation in our TRM
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information (bank charges review)
  • Perform manual payments for Treasury-related transactions: FX deals, internal transfers, Intercompany funding
  • Support cash forecasting process
  • Perform reporting activities, analysis and be able to provide management reports for Treasury dashboards by gathering necessary info from other internal departments (Stat &tax, AP, General Accounting, Payroll)
  • Perform other Treasury functions & participate in Treasury projects
  • Use of Internal Software (SAP, TMS – Kyriba, UiPath technology)
  • Liaison with Internal and External Audit for effective completion of internal controls
  • Complies with all applicable company policies, including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelors in finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  •  4+ years’ work experience in Finance/treasury/cash management/banking
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, automation and utilization of cloud-based applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Corporate experience
  • Minimum knowledge of URDG 758
  • Language requirements: English
