Total Expert enables modern financial institutions to engage and guide customers through complex
financial decisions by providing purpose-built tools that fuse digital communications and human
interactions. With over 185 customers we utilize data, insights and actions to provide value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Management of the entire lifecycle of accounts from prospecting, acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Management of complex sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Management of an internal cross-functional team to support the franchise
  • Preparation and execution of territory and account strategy
  • Consistent Pipeline Generation and CRM Hygiene
  • Traveling (25%) to customer and prospect visits as well as industry events
  • Positioning our product advantageously to Financial Services including Independent Mortgage
  • Bankers, Banks and Credit Unions and Insurance companies

  • Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a TEam in a fast pace, rapidly changing
  • environment.
  • Will thrive in late startup culture: Has a growth mindset, is resilient, adaptable, and curious.
  • 5+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota.
  • Knowledge of selling into financial services in the mortgage vertical within either banking, credit union, mortgage organizations, and insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or mortgage banking lending ecosystems as well as insurance
