We're looking for an Engineering Manager - Product Development Squad who is driven and enjoys making changes in a fast-moving environment. In this role, you will lead your own Squad consisting of engineersproduct managers and designers. Your day working at RentSpree includes planning, directing, coordinating, supporting, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation initiatives.

This position is full time and based in our Bangkok office.

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

  • Thai national

  • 2 years experience in managing software engineering team that successfully delivered to customer with Agile principles

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in people management

  • Experience in recruiting talents and building teams.

  • 3-7 years of relevant industry experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of software engineer, product designer, product manager.

  • Be an effective people manager to a team of high performing team

    • Motivate and inspire his/her team members to develop and achieve the great work

    • Provide mentorship and support the team to achieve their career goals

    • Develop career development plan, review progress and continuously evaluate team performance to meet company standard

  • Support team to execute project plans and deliver commitments

  • Collaborating with different teams to deliver the best quality work

  • Maintain and improve company core values and culture to provide the best working environment

  • Involve in team expansion and scaling in a fast growth rate

    • Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, high performing team
