About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who specializes in web automation testing to join our fast-paced engineering team. As a key player in our quality-first culture, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks to ensure seamless user experiences across our web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable web automation frameworks.
  
  

• Develop automated test scripts for regression, functional, and end-to-end testing of web applications.
  
  

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  
  

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify testing needs and provide early feedback.
  
  

• Perform code reviews of automation scripts and mentor junior QA engineers.
  
  

• Monitor and report on test execution, coverage, and quality metrics.
  
  

• Continuously improve test processes, tooling, and standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on web application testing.
  
  

• Proficiency in one or more automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver).
  
  

• Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java for test automation.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  
  

• Familiarity with REST API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  
  

• Strong understanding of browser behavior, DOM, and asynchronous events.
  
  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy, Applitools).
  
  

• Exposure to BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
  
  

• Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools.
  
  Experience working with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
