Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team and help create thoughtful, user-centric experiences for complex, data-heavy applications. You'll work closely with managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive solutions that balance user needs with technical and business constraints.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably on B2B or SaaS platforms

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing complex, data-heavy applications with an emphasis on clarity and usability

• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems

• Skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing—with a strong understanding of when to apply each method

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment

• Proficiency in Figma

• Comfortable designing for technical users and domain-specific workflows

• Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with tools or environments used in automotive tech, AI, or machine learning workflows

• Experience with data visualization and designing for systems that present large volumes of structured or unstructured data

You will:

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for complex, data-driven applications

• Develop, maintain, and evolve our design system for consistency across the platform

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design concepts

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) throughout the product development cycle

• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business and technical realities

• Bring creative problem-solving skills to domain-specific and technical workflows
