Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) owns the systems, data, and process infrastructure that our entire go-to-market motion runs on. Sitting at the intersection of Sales and Marketing and partnering directly with our CRO and CMO, you'll turn a fast-growing GTM org into a predictable revenue engine—building the forecasting models leadership trusts, the HubSpot architecture the team actually uses, and the AI-enabled workflows that give reps their time back.
This is a build seat, not a maintenance seat. OTTO SPORT AI is Series A-backed and scaling toward our next stage of growth, and the RevOps decisions made now will define how we scale across three business units. You'll have real latitude to design that foundation, and direct visibility with executive leadership on the results. You'll be an individual contributor to start, with the opportunity to build a team as the function scales.

- Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Location: Minneapolis, MN — Hybrid; 2–3 days per week onsite

- Forecast accuracy
- Sales cycle velocity
- Pipeline coverage and health
- Rep time reclaimed through AI-driven automation
- CRM data integrity and reporting reliability
Key Responsibilities — Revenue Strategy & GTM Maturity
- Partner with the CRO and CMO to define and refine GTM strategy across three business units
- Build and own revenue forecasting models, pipeline health metrics, and board-level reporting
- Identify gaps in the sales and marketing funnel and drive cross-functional initiatives to close them
- Establish clear rules of engagement, handoff protocols, and SLAs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Key Responsibilities — HubSpot & Tech Stack Ownership
- Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM — data integrity, pipeline configuration, automation workflows, and integrations
- Evaluate and manage the broader RevOps tech stack; recommend additions or consolidations that drive ROI
- Ensure clean, consistent data across systems to support reliable reporting and segmentation
Key Responsibilities — AI-Driven Operations
- Champion AI tool adoption across the GTM team — from prospecting and outreach to call intelligence and forecasting
- Identify repetitive or low-value workflows and automate or augment them with AI
- Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and bring forward-thinking recommendations to leadership
Key Responsibilities — Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Build and maintain sales dashboards, rep scorecards, and leaderboards that drive accountability
- Partner with Marketing on attribution modeling, campaign performance, and lead scoring
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement for AEs, SDRs, and AMs through process documentation and tooling
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings, pipeline review cadences, and monthly/quarterly business reviews with sales and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles, including ownership of a function end-to-end
- 3+ years of deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you've built pipelines, workflows, and reports from scratch
- Experience in B2B SaaS at a growth-stage company, ideally supporting a multi-product or multi-business-unit GTM organization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leadership
- Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and you tell stories with data
- Demonstrated appetite for AI tools — you've adopted them, tested them, and know which ones are hype vs. real
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Able to work onsite in Minneapolis 2–3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building a RevOps function as a first or early hire
- Experience supporting multiple business units or product lines
- Familiarity with sales tech stack (PandaDoc, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
- Background in sports technology, media, or data industries
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000
Additional Compensation: annual performance bonus of $10,000 – $20,000 tied to pipeline and revenue metrics.
