Youth sports is a massive, passionate market—and most of the software serving it hasn't kept up. OTTO SPORT AI is building the platform operators actually want to use.

We need someone who can translate product capability into clear value for club directors, league admins, tournament operators, and recruiting programs.


The Role

The Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across OTTO SPORT, SportWrench, and University Athlete. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing.


What You'll Do

  • Develop positioning and messaging for new features and product lines
  • Partner with Product on launches—from beta through general availability
  • Create sales enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and demo narratives
  • Conduct win/loss and customer research to inform GTM strategy
  • Support content, campaigns, and event marketing with product expertise

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills—you can make complex products feel simple
  • Experience partnering with sales on enablement and competitive positioning
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, multi-product environment
  • Bonus: background in sports, events, or vertical SaaS
