The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build features across our product portfolio. You'll partner with product and design, mentor other engineers, and help shape technical direction as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features with a focus on reliability and performance
• Collaborate with product and design on user-facing workflows for admins, coaches, and families
• Improve system architecture, observability, and developer experience
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, or similar)
• Experience building and operating production SaaS applications
• Track record of owning features end-to-end from design through deployment
• Bonus: experience in sports tech, marketplaces, or high-volume event systems
