We’re searching for Technical Account Managers who will play a key role in creating value at scale for our customers.

Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager, you'll implement Krista solutions, build customized conversations, and ensure customers successfully adopt our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as trusted advisor
  • Lead implementation projects from kickoff through deployment to support
  • Guide customers on best practices and support scaling AI throughout their firms
  • Design and build Krista Conversations that solve customer challenges
  • Collaborate with our development team
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for all organizational levels

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leading technical software and AI implementations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Proven track record of project management and delivery
  • Programming experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (primarily Dallas, TX)
  • Development or technical background
  • Experience with process automation and AI
