Provisioning Analyst

Position Summary
The Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer access and fulfillment to various products and applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customer access aligns with contractual terms and organizational policies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of the organization's digital assets by accurately provisioning and de-provisioning customer accounts and responding to any requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of provisioning customer accounts including creating, modifying, and disabling product entitlements across multiple systems and platforms.
- Focus on ensuring that the customers' entitlements align with contractual terms and organizational policies, maintaining accuracy and timely provisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Deal Ops, Finance, CX, IT and Product to address provisioning requirements, processes, controls and concerns, to align with contractual and business requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve provisioning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of provisioning policies, procedures, and configurations.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in order provisioning & entitlement, order management, deal desk, sales operations or related roles, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the software/technology industry.
- Ability to learn, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention-to-detail.
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Deal Ops, Finance and Product teams.
- Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Location
- This role is hybrid but it requires you to be physically based in our Bangalore office three days a week.
