🙌 What you will do

As an early Epoch Sales Development Representative, you will learn the fundamentals of how to sell, pursue qualified accounts, and generate new additions to the sales pipeline.
You will work to prospect and generate sales qualified leads for our sales team
You will be the first point of contact for all of Epoch’s sales efforts
You will create and leverage existing lists and databases to target strategic accounts, output email campaigns, and work with 3rd party services to achieve sales qualification goals
Identify, contact, and qualify new accounts and decision makers
Create outbound email campaigns
Analyze data to understand performance of email campaigns and tailor messaging accordingly
Maintain clean records in all sales technology and documentation including Hubspot, Notion, Google Drive, Loom Video and others
Prospect and generate new leads at various companies via multiple channels (email, LinkedIn...), qualify new leads, and schedule discovery calls and demo’s
Connect with prospects, be able to understand their needs and articulate how Epoch would be a fitting solution
Understand the best methodologies to get to a demo, and continuously learn and improve upon processes
Iterate and create new messaging based on performance and feedback
Lead a team of contractors to generate and identify leads lists
Update and monitor all qualified leads converted to opportunities
Consistently exceed qualified lead quota
Support customer experience and operations. This includes working cross-functionally with the Epoch team to iterate on customer journeys (onboarding, support, data analytics and more) and establish partnerships.

📝 Job details

We are hybrid, Toronto-based. You are expected to meet with the team in-person downtown two-weeks every monthly.
Our pay is competitive and is a combination of salary and equity
This is a full-time role
