We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Senior Recruiter) to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent, providing a positive candidate experience, and hiring for our rapidly expanding cybersecurity startup. You will work closely with the leaders of key functions within Bugcrowd, and collaborate with other hiring teams across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on technical roles such as Software Engineers.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and referrals).
- Thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications, including their skills, experience, and cultural fit, through comprehensive screenings and interviews.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering direction, expertise and assistance throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Advise on compensation packages and extend compelling offers to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative and innovative outreach methods.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong company culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall candidate and employee experience.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Experience working closely with the leadership team and stakeholders in deliverables.
- Consistent track record of delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience recruiting for a SaaS, cybersecurity company, or PTaaS provider.
- Prior experience working for a startup in Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, including report generation and utilization of AI features.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
- Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.
