Braze is looking for a Senior Director, Regional Partnerships ANZ, to work closely with reseller partners in ANZ, provide accurate revenue forecasts and drive the execution of plans to achieve revenue targets. In addition, as part of the Braze ANZ sales leadership team, this role is to drive a renewed focus on our partner ecosystem engagement via the growth of partner programs and identified initiatives with major partners.


  • Orchestrate Braze teams to ensure the highest degree of excellence in managing resellers and focus partners, this covers client base management and new business management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with the resellers to understand the opportunities and path to targets.
  • Share the best practices (e.g. case studies, programs) to the resellers to help accelerate pipe creation and sustain/and improve conversion-to-win rates.
  • Conduct Close Plan reviews with Resellers, pre-empt and guide teams involved on how to anticipate the path to win.
  • Resolve channel conflict should this arise
  • Facilitate with the legal team to support the commercial and legal discussions
  • Know the resellers business by pulling out data from various internal reports.
  • Plan, prepare and execute the Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
  • Recruit new resellers and cosellers in new markets, demonstrate and guide the team assigned to this role.
  • Help design the partner program to drive proper behaviors
  • Facilitate Sales and Products Enablements for Resellers and focus partners


  • 10+ Years working experience with SaaS, MarTech companies
  • Channel / Partner Sales experience (a Must)
  • Digital Marketing / MarTech Experience preferred
  • Proven regional experience in Asia Pacific markets preferred
  • Is/was a forecast owner, experience in forecast ownership.
