The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. You’ll work alongside product managers, developers, and designers to ensure we ship high-quality, reliable features across our B2B2C SaaS platform. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of users, and you’ll play a key role in building a strong, scalable QA foundation through both manual and automated testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write and execute manual test cases across a wide range of features and platforms (web, mobile, APIs).
- Build and maintain automated tests using modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
- Work closely with cross-functional product & engineering pods to understand feature requirements, build out test plans and execute tests.
- Conduct end-to-end, regression, sanity, performance, and API testing.
- Report, track, and verify bugs using tools like Jira.
- Participate in test planning, sprint reviews, and release readiness efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
- Experiment with new tools, including AI-based QA tools, to help increase velocity and reliability.
- Work as part of a dedicated cross-functional squad to deliver a bug-free experience to end users.
- Provide root cause analysis and technical customer support as required.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and documentation best practices.
- Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Exposure to REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Basic familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus:
- Passion to constantly seek improvements and efficiencies in the testing lifecycle.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing (e.g., AI-based test generation, flakiness detection, analysis).
- Familiarity with database querying and SQL for test validation.
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B2C product environment.
