Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Internal SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and optimizing our SAP CPQ system to streamline our sales processes, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP CPQ architecture, configuration, and integration, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead the design and architecture of our internal SAP CPQ solution, aligning it with business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop scalable, efficient, and flexible solution designs that cater to the company's current and future needs.
  • Ensure that the architecture complies with industry best practices, security standards, and data integrity requirements.
  • Configure the SAP CPQ system to meet the unique needs of the organization, including product catalog, pricing rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows.
  • Customize the system to integrate seamlessly with other relevant tools and platforms within the company's technology ecosystem.
  • Implement enhancements and modifications as required to optimize user experience and business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the integration teams to establish connections between SAP CPQ and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to ensure smooth data flow and accurate information exchange.
  • Define data migration strategies and oversee data cleansing and migration activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CPQ system.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to understand their needs and pain points, and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams during project planning, implementation, and post-launch phases.
  • Document solution design, configurations, and technical processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to empower users to effectively utilize the SAP CPQ system.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP CPQ industry trends, best practices, and new features, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the CPQ system's performance, scalability, and usability.

What you'll bring to the team

  • SAP CPQ certification is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with SAP CPQ implementations within the automation technology industry.
  • Strong expertise in SAP CPQ architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Solid understanding of integration principles and experience with integrating CPQ with other enterprise systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to design optimal solutions.
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
