We are seeking a leader to establish our US-based SDR team, focusing on high-priority and enterprise accounts. As the Director of US Sales Development, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team dedicated to prospecting these key accounts.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a leader to establish our US-based SDR team, focusing on high-priority and enterprise accounts. As the Director of US Sales Development, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team dedicated to prospecting these key accounts.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy for enterprise and high-priority accounts
- Build and manage a sales development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
- Establish robust prospecting processes to drive a repeatable pipeline of high-quality prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Develop key performance indicators and dashboards to track and evaluate team performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging CRM and other sales enablement tools to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
- Engage with senior stakeholders and potential clients to build relationships and promote our brand in the US market
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or sales development, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of building and leading sales teams in the B2B tech space
- Experience with CRM software and SDR performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales development plans
- Empathetic listener – you seek to understand rather than wait for your turn to talk
- Innately curious - you have an insatiable desire to learn more about the market, as well as your prospects and customers
