As the Sales Development Team Lead, you'll be responsible for directing and managing the team of 10 Outbound SDRs, diligently monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, and overseeing the integration of new team members. Your main job will be to help the team consistently generate a strong sales pipeline.

What you'll do:

  • Manage team’s daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SDR team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Bring in new talents: Actively participate in the hiring process by interviewing and onboarding new team members
  • Maximize team potential: Bring out the best in your team by setting KPIs and providing personalized coaching and mentorship to SDRs.
  • Track team performance: Evaluate and report on team members' success in achieving set objectives, and use data to to define and refine the sales process
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Research, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for effective outbound messaging and campaigns

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience leading a Sales Development Rep team, ideally in software sales across the US-EU markets
  • You've not only hit your targets but also brought some innovative ideas to the table


  • Advanced English is essential
  • Strong communicator: You are a communication bridge and the main negotiator, expertly managing team dynamics and effectively engaging with leads to drive growth and strengthen our market position
  • Critical thinker: You dive into challenges head-first, showcasing your innovative thinking to tackle unique sales development issues and suggest process enhancements.
  • Team player: You're a collaborative leader who promotes a meritocratic approach. You understand the importance of sharing knowledge, both within your team and across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset: You thrive on digging deep into data, extracting actionable insights, and utilizing those findings to optimize team performance and build a strong pipeline.
  • Innately curious: You have an insatiable desire to learn more about the MarTech space and our potential customers.
