POSITION SUMMARY
As a Content Creation Intern, you will be an integral part of a new community of CTOs, Harness is spearheading called EngineeringX. You will be assisting in the creation and distribution of valuable and engaging content to attract, educate, and engage our target audience. You will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, creation, and promotion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Assist in developing and implementing content creation strategies to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to create high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and target audience preferences to inform content creation.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other on-page optimization techniques.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar, scheduling and organizing content publication across various platforms and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to gain insights, track engagement metrics, and optimize content strategy.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms and blog posts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in content marketing.
ABOUT YOU
  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in researching and synthesizing information from various sources.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and ability to draw insights from content performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to content strategy discussions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Location

  • This role will be an On-Site role in the Mountain View office.
