Job Summary:

The Customer Success Specialist will be a key player to our restaurant partners to achieve ultimate success with Foodsby. You will work closely with partners post- sale to provide exceptional onboarding training and guidance to ensure a positive launch experience through our platform.

What Your Responsible For:

  • Onboard and educate our restaurant partners to ensure the best Foodsby practices are in place
  • Build account components to support launch (ex. menus, zones, profiles, etc.)
  • Provide strategic and technical training to ensure adoption, advocacy, and retention
  • Understand the needs and goals of our partners, and guide their expectations appropriately through the onboarding process
  • Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens the partnership’s growth & satisfaction
  • Transition account to Customer Success Manager once initial onboarding is completed

Who You Are:

  • You have 1 – 3 years of experience in an account management, sales, or similar role
  • You enjoy interacting with others and have passion for helping customers
  • You enjoy being a team player with a strong work ethic and are self-motivated
  • You understand the value of following a process and the results it will yield
  • You are an agile learner who prides themselves on rapidly growing and being resilient
  • You believe results matter most and effort is the most important ingredient to succeed
