We have over 33 million users worldwide, and our platform is available in over 140 countries around the world. </p> <p>With over 1500 employees worldwide, We have locations in the US, Cyprus, UK, Australia, Germany, and Israel, and we are constantly growing and expanding into new markets.</p> <p>We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a KYC Administrator to join our team!</p> <p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p>Perform Initial Customer Due Diligence on clients’ accounts - Check onboarding documents, in order to verify accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures</p> <p>Perform clients negative database screening through software such as World-Check and resolve/investigate the possible hits</p> <p>Ongoing monitoring of client Know Your Customer documentation</p> <p>Assisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accounts</p> <p>Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks</p> <p>Maintaining accurate records of tasks</p> <p>Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, or chat</p> <p>Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns</p> <p> Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication</p> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Requirements</h2> <div><ul> <li><strong>Will be required to work shifts </strong></li> <li>Computer Proficient a must </li> <li>Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools</li> <li>Experience in CDD/KYC in a regulated environment</li> <li>Experience in Clients Screening - advantage</li> <li>English at mother-tongue level – other languages advantage</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Detail-oriented and focused</li> <li>Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork</li> <li>AML and Compliance Oriented</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively</li> </ul></div> </div> </div> </div> <div id="jobFormWrapper"> <div></div> <div> </div> <div id="applyFormWrapper"></div> <div id="shareWrapperInCareersPage"> <div></div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
